• We warrant all our residential use frames and finishes for 15 years against breaking, peeling, cracking or blistering. 2: What is Tropitone’s warranty on outdoor furniture fabrics? |
• We warrant the fabrics on our outdoor cushions, patio umbrellas and slings for 1 year against tearing, discoloration or fading. For complete fabric warranty information, go to Warranty for Fabrics. |
3: What is Tropitone’s warranty on vinyl strap? |
• We warrant our vinyl strap against discoloration for 3 years from the date of purchase. Warranty applies provided normal care and maintenance have been implemented. For complete vinyl warranty information, go to Warranty for Vinyl. |
4: What do I do when I need to file a warranty claim? |
• Simply return to the store where you made your original purchase. You will need your original sales receipt, and either the item for which you are requesting warranty assistance, or some type of proof of damage.
