Basta Sole umbrellas are warranted against splitting, rusting, or other manufacturing defects from normal exposure conditions for 3 years. All bases are warranted for 1 year. Fabrics are warranted for 1 year. At the discretion of the manufacturer, a damaged part will be replaced free of charge provided there is proof of purchase.
What is not Covered:
- Wind damage
- Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use
- Failure caused by customer neglecting to provide reasonable and necessary care
- Normal fading of fabrics or materials
- Acts of nature
- Crank umbrella in commercial use.
