Veneman Collections will warranty all frames for five years from the date of purchase. Should any structural part break or fail under normal use, Veneman Collections will repair or replace the frame at factory discretion (with similar or like product if discontinued) at no charge. Parts and labor are included during the first 12 months. Veneman Collections will cover the cost of round-trip warranty freight during the first 12 months. Veneman Collections offers the following warranty on frame finishes: five years on all powder coated finishes, and one year on liquid and antiqued finishes. (Note: Mocha Bella and Carerra finishes are not recommended for pool-side use as chlorine may cause discoloration of the clear coat finish.) Veneman Collections will warrant for one year from the date of purchase the following: hardware and fabric.
What is not Covered:
- Fading of clear coat on Mocha Bella and Carerra finishes
- Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use
- Glides
- Glass Tabletops
- Failure caused by neglect and lack of necessary care
- Acts of nature
- Freight after one year
